Handling and handling method for opening the packing
-
A
Check if there are tears or scratches on the film. -
B
Check if the product that you’ve received is the correct product name and specification that has been ordered. -
C
Stacking the films on top of each other and neglecting them in direct sunlight under high temperature and high humidity can cause fusion, wrinkles and tears. Store the film in cool places with no direct sunlight. -
D
Always store the box in shades and cool places and films that were stored in dark places like inside a box could become partially discolored due to compounding agents in the film, but bear in mind that it does not affect the performance of the film. It will return to its original state over time after installation. -
E
The warranty period of the product starts from the shipping date. -
※During storage, store in well-ventilated places without direct sunlight.
Handling method upon installation
-
A
If the film is folded and neglected outside even for a short period of time, it could become fused, so please install it immediately after opening. -
B
Avoid installing on top of shading nets. It may cause fusion due to high temperature. -
C
Install the film so that the side with drip-proof treatment faces inside and so that the blue letters printed on the film face are seen correctly when seen outside the house.
★As for ⸢Baek Baek Coat 5⸥, please install so that the letters can be read from inside the house. (There is no external letters and they can’t be seen.) -
D
As for coating films, there may be scratches caused during covering. Ensure that scratches are not created during covering and in particular, in case of Kagenasi 5, although scratches can be seen well on the appearance of the product, it doesn’t affect the durability. -
E
When installing the film, ensure that the surface coated with drip-proof agent on the inner side of the film does not face strong friction with the pipe of the house and others. It may damage the outstanding drip-proof and anti-fogging features. -
In case of immediately after installation, although very small droplets may get attached, making it blur, this are signs before the drip-proof feature comes into effect. This doesn’t affect the film performance.
In addition in case of houses with no steep gradient in the ceiling and others, water droplets may become stagnant there so ensure that the structure is designed at a certain angle for water droplets to flow down well.
The manifestation point of drip-proof performance may differ depending on the humidity, temperature and others inside the house. -
F
In case of using pipes coated with resins such as anti-rust additives or anti-rust grease that hasn’t dried, the film may become fused and degraded (drop in performance), causing it to tear so attention is required. -
G
When fixing the film, fix it firmly using spring-type iron sand (those treated with quenching that can withstand over a long period of time). However, if there are scratches caused by steel wire and others, that particular area may tear. -
H
In the event the film is loose (fluttering) and wrinkled when the film is installed, it may cause damage so attention is required. In addition, refrain from pulling excessively to remove twisting. Pulling the film excessively may cause damage in film. -
I
In case of using subsidiary house materials with high heat conductivity such as aluminum and stainless steel or subsidiary materials with severe friction, degradation (tearing of film) in the contact surface of the film may become accelerated due to damage caused by friction, ultimately reducing the lifespan of the film. -
J
Film contracts and expands depending on changes in temperature. Pulling the film upon installation to prevent looseness during winter, if possible, may suppress the film from becoming loose in summer. -
K
If the film is pulled strongly, some areas will become blur and white partially. Ensure that the film is not pulled too strongly.
Precautions for use
-
A
If the house is enclosed during summer and becomes scorching hot, it may cause abnormality in the drip-proof features of the film, so attention, such as frequent ventilation, is required. -
B
Sulfur fumigation, sulfur spraying and use of sulfuric pesticides within the house and heavy ammonia produced from manure accelerate the degradation (drop in performance) of the film so refrain from use. -
C
The oxidation of the film can become accelerated due to pesticides used in fruit farms near the house, so attention is required. -
D
The drip-proof function of the film may deteriorate due to heat disinfection of soil and high temperature period, so attention is required. -
E
If there is moisture when rolling up the film, the film may turn white when it is unrolled. Roll the film after drying the film, if possible. Even if the film has turned white, it becomes transparent and returns to its original state if it is sufficiently dried. -
F
In case there is a hole in the film during installation, promptly repair it using repair tape for agricultural PO film. -
G
The economic lifespan refers to the durability of the film and the drip-proof lifespan may differ depending on the environment inside the house. -
H
Due to the nature of the plastic film, water droplets may form on the outside at the beginning of the covering, but they disappear after a certain period of time. -
★ Each function of Sky Coat 5 differs depending on the internal and external environment of the house, so attention is required.
